Summer Series TCS Sand River Trail Run & Walk

The TCS Sand River Trail Run is part of the 18th annual St Francis Sport Summer Series from 15 December – 3 January 2025 in St Francis Bay and surrounds.

The race starts and finishes at the entrance gate to Dune Ridge Country House/Eskom Conservation Reserve, Tarragona Extension/R330, St Francis Bay.  The 5km trail is an circular route on dirt road, while the 14km enters the dune bypass system (Sand River) at 8km.  The 21km runners will enter the dune bypass system at 11km.  The last 1,2km of the race is again on dirt road.  Participants must be self sufficient after they have entered the dune field.  No dogs will be allowed.

Take note:

– a series entry of R800 will give you individual access to all 10 events.

–  there will be a prize giving where the top 3 male and female runners in each age category will receive a medal.  Full results will be announced on social media and posted a few hours after the event;
