An unforgettable event set to awaken your spirit for adventure is back on the trail run race calendar in 2026: Ultra Trail Sleeping Beauty (UTSB)!
With distances to challenge all fitness levels, this will surely be an event for the whole family! All distances start at our race village, Windhoek Guest Farm, situated at the foothills of Riverdale’s iconic Sleeping Beauty mountain.
The 10km and 20km routes are well-suited as an introduction to trail running, since they are easy under-foot while still providing you with a nature-fix as you wind through the enchanting plantations alongside Korentepoort dam.
The 40km (+-2000m elevation) and 65km (+- 2750m elevation) routes are for the more experienced trail runners as they head into the mountains to experience many spectacular routes, such as the Kristalkloof and Rooiwaterspruit trails, as well as Sleeping Beauty’s unforgettable summit. After navigating some of the most pristine sections of the Langeberg mountains, all routes finish at Windhoek Guest Farm, where a well-deserved ice-cold beer awaits.
