Venue
In addition to Capaia’s sensational wines, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views in the entire region: over picturesque hills and the Atlantic Ocean to Table Mountain. Here is the perfect interplay of wine, nature and cuisine. A place where there is plenty to eat and drink – but never too much to see.
Routes
Long Route: 10km – 211m elevation
Short Route: 5km – 115m elevation
Early Bird Entries
Early Bird entries close on at midnight on 1 January. Don’t delay, enter early and save!
Standard entries close at midnights on 7 February.
FOMO entries do not qualify for medals and podium prizes. No late entries on race day.
Note: Unpaid entries will automatically be deleted after 2 days.

Prize giving of podium finishers will take place as soon as the podium is filled.
