Run, bike, run on the amazing Oak Valley Estate supported by Trail’s End Bike Hotel and Peregrine Farmstall. Book your event accommodation at Trail’s End and by showing your event entry you qualify for discount. Peregrine Farmstall will supply a fresh apple juice and mouth watering pastry to all finishers!

The Oak Valley Estate boasts breathtaking and spectacular views of the surrounding Hottentots Holland, Nuweberg and Groenland mountains. Combined with the flourishing fynbos blanketing the mountain slopes, this venue will leave you with an overwhelming sense of tranquility and enchantment.

The drive from Cape Town or Worcester takes approximately 60 minutes whilst the trip from Somerset West, Gordon’s Bay and Hermanus will take approximately 35 minutes.
Routes.
We are offering 3 duathlon distances which include offroad mountain biking and trail running.
Standard Duathlon: 6km Trail Run / 21km MTB / 3km Trail Run (minimum age 18 Years)
Sprint Duathlon: 3km Trail Run / 12km MTB / 1.5km Trail Run (minimum age 16 Years)
Mini Duathlon: 2km Trail Run / 7km MTB / 1km Trail Run (minimum age 8 Years)
Duathlon teams may consist of a maximum of 2 people.
Entries.
Early Bird entries close on at midnight on 31 December. Don’t delay, enter early and save!
Late entries allowed on race day but will incur R50 late administration fee.
Note: Unpaid entries will automatically be deleted after 2 days.
Registration.
Sunday 2 March from 6:00am at the Dragonfly Tri gazebo at Oak Valley Estate rugby field.
Start times.
7:00 – Standard Duathlon
7:15 – Sprint Duathlon
7:30 – Mini Duathlon
Prize giving.
Prize giving and podium presentation will take place once all categories have finished.
Please note, you have to be at prize giving to collect your podium prize or lucky draw prize. If you are not at prize giving you forfeit your prize.
Timing.
The event will be timed using timing chips. It is the responsibility of each athlete to tag properly.

Full refund up to 14 days prior to race
50% refund from 14 to 7 days prior to race
