Slanghoek Valley’s Triathlon is back!
Meet the new and improved Breëland Triathlon! Come and swim, ride and run your heart out at one of the Western Cape’s favorite road triathlons. This year’s re-branded event will take place at the same venue you’ve come to love over the years, the spectacular Breëland Winery.
There will be both a Standard Distance, as well as a Sprint race for individuals and teams.
There will be loads of fun with great food, wine and a proper vibe, so please stick around afterwards and soak in Breëland’s awesome hospitality.

Swim Course 750m:
Sprint – 1 Lap
Olympic – 2 Laps
Sprint Bike: 20 Km’s Out and Back
Olympic Bike: 40 Km’s Anti-Clockwise
Run Course: 5 Km’s Flat and Fast!
Sprint – 1 Lap
Standard – 2 Laps
