Join us on the 8th of March 2025 at Kleinevalleij just outside Wellington for the inaugural Sit Aan Die Ketel Women’s Run. We will celebrate International Women’s Day with the phenomenal writer, and motivational speaker Yolande Brittnell Steyn. On this day we honour not only the physical woman but also the emotional and spiritual inside.

You can run or walk!!
Your entry will include the following:
- Goody Bag with T-Shirt and lots more. Only entries before Wednesday the 26th of February will receive a shirt.
- Breakfast with Coffee, Juice and water.
- Finishers Medal.
- Cooling of Yoga session.
- And of course Yolande will talk about “Vrouwees”.
